HEX to RGBA Converter
Convert a hex color to RGBA with any opacity. Get rgba(), modern rgb() with alpha and the 8-digit hex equivalent.
The formula
Convert the hex to RGB, then add the alpha channel as a number between 0 and 1. For 8-digit hex, alpha is the last pair divided by 255: 80 hex = 128 → 128 / 255 = 0.5.

How do I add transparency to a hex color?
Append two hex digits for alpha (00 = transparent, FF = opaque) or convert to rgba() and set the fourth value, e.g. rgba(59, 130, 246, 0.5).
What is 50% opacity in hex?
80 (128/255 = 50.2%). 25% is 40, 75% is BF.
